Unfortunately, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We try to detail the fit in every order however in the event your item does not fit, you can return to us for a Store Credit/Exchange We add new items every week so the chance of you seeing something else you would like to order is very likely.

In the event of a return/exchange, all items must be received within 7 days and the customer is responsible for shipping fees. We would also recommend to use a service that can be tracked.

Here are the steps for an exchange:

1. Within 7 days of receipt, email info@shleekboutique.com with your order # and reason for exchange.

2. Ship the item back using a shipping service that can be tracked: USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc

3. Keep your tracking # to confirm delivery.

In order for the return to be accepted, it must be new, no signs of wear, smoke or fragrance.

In the event we have made an error (sent the wrong size, color, etc.), we will send you a return label for shipping. In this instance, just place the label on your item and drop off at the post office. If the item in error is in stock, the return label will be included in the new order.

Immediately upon receipt, we will either offer a store credit or exchange.

ITEMS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND NO STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
